I'd have to go with ONI. What they did in the Kilo 5 Trilogy, makes them so shady and mysterious compared to the UNSC.

Eh, I really don't have my own specific faction. I really just like the elites - their culture, looks, and dialect is cool.

Swords of Sanghelios, for sure. Always loved the Arbiter, and the idea of him leading his own faction is pretty cool.
Speaking of Arbiter, am I the only one who would love to see an energy sword duel between Thel and Jul 'Mdama?
