I doubt its a forerunner ancilla. They don't design their ancillas to look humanoid, and before you say "promethean knights" they are not humanoid.
If I'm wrong, the most likely thing would be what Wangtime was referencing, the return of the forerunners. However, if we were to deem this on how likely something else, I don't know if the warrior-servant rate would still exist. Lifeworkers, miners, and builders, sure. Warrior-servants, and those loyal to the Ur-Didact, seems VERY unlikely to have returned from where the rest of the forerunners have left to.
The Librarian and the Iso-Didact both cared for humans, while they Ur-Didact did not. Based upon their stances, the spartan and the forerunner appear to be fighting, so they are most likely not from a place where the most powerful forerunners care for the species they are now trying to kill. What that leaves you with, and thus more likely, is a warrior-servant that Ur-Didact knows personally. He or she is not an ancilla, but a living, breathing forerunner.
As I have already pointed out, its seems most likely to have that "ayy, I'm actually alive daddy" moment rather than having a forerunner return from where Bornestellar and the others are. When Bornestellar asked the Ur-Didact in "Cryptum" if all of his children were killed, he did say "all of them." This seems like a moment where a speculative reader, like myself, will ask something like, "Or were they?" Like I said, he or she was probably sleeping in this cryptum the whole time, was found, and awoken. If it turns out to be an enemy type, the most likely thing is this same theory on who they are and where they came from, but multiplied with however many people there are.
Anyone else think differently and have facts to support your theory? Or do you even have more supporting facts for my own? Either way, please comment telling me what you thought.

To me they look like hybrids of sangheili and promethean.

Maybe we're overthinking it and it's just the Didact's swaggalicious new armour.

As we know, Megablocks' scale has never been accurate. Marines, Sangheilli and SPARTANs are all the same size.

There was a Didact set? Right, well, I stand corrected. They actually correctly scaled it. Impressive. So this Promethean isn't the Didact.

Impressive. So this Promethean isn't the Didact. I'm not sure if it is a Promethean. The Prometheans were very high ranking members of the Warrior-Servant rate, and it is possible-if not likely- that this new forerunner is one of the lower ranks. Maybe we're overthinking it and it's just the Didact's swaggalicious new armour. As a member of Halo Archive, I don't think there is a way to overlook Halo. Plus, the Ur-Didact is a Promethean, not a Builder. The only way for him to get new armor is for there to be a Builder helping him.

I commented on Wangtim3's video about this. I have a theory that it resembles a Sangheli due to the soles of its feet. Dr. Halsey was captured by Jul, and as probably most of us know, she is very knowledgeable of forerunner technology. Perhaps she has used her knowledge to allow Jul, and his fellow Sangheli to use a new type of wearable forerunner armor?

Dr. Halsey was captured by Jul, and as probably most of us know, she is very knowledgeable of forerunner technology. Perhaps she has used her knowledge to allow Jul, and his fellow Sangheli to use a new type of wearable forerunner armor? I don't believe this is so. Halsey is a scientist, not a craftsman. If you don't know, the ShanShyuum (prophets) and the Huragok (Engineers) are the only species who really know how to be able to reuse forerunner technology effectively, until Halsey found a forerunner artifact on a shieldworld that was used for the engines on Infinity. However, another reason is that many believe that Halo 5 takes place before Spartan Ops, but this isn't confirmed. I'm also pretty sure that a sangheili wouldn't be able to wear this armor. Sure his feet may look similar, but the Didact's looks similar as well. The person within the armor also appears to be humanoid. A sangheili's leg is kind of bent, if you don't know what I mean I can show you a picture, and their back is arched and neck very long. Sangheili just wouldn't be able to wear this armor, nor any other species except perhaps humans. Even then, humans are a great deals smaller than forerunners.

The dead giveaway for me is the very long neck, or lack thereof in this case.
